WEBINAR
Myths and Misconceptions About Zone 2 and Exercise Intensity
Zone 2 training has gained strong attention online, often promoted as the key to endurance, fat burning, and mitochondrial health. This webinar takes a closer look at what the science confirms and where the claims fall short.
Dr. Karlie Intlekofer will be joined by Dr. Brendon Gurd and Kristi Storoschuk from Queen’s University to share evidence on exercise intensity, highlight where Zone 2 is effective and explain where other approaches deliver greater benefits. Attendees will learn how to apply these insights in training and program design.
